We liaise with you at all times in order to make every discussion persuasive and positive for the individual, when they meet with you to explore the opportunity further.
We also have extensive experience of developing business plans, negotiating senior level remuneration packages and dealing with restrictive covenant issues.
We do not act for everyone in the market and therefore can negotiate any potential conflicts of interest that may occur for some of the larger search firms and contingent agency recruiters.
We also offer a bespoke career counselling service to senior level individual lawyers interested in their next career move.
